Cambodia is an enchanting land of ruins. Ancient temples constantly fight against the encroaching jungle. The honk of tuk-tuks contrast with peaceful chant of Buddhist monks. Cambodia is by far one of the few places in the world where you can step back in time and observe a unique blend of old and new. Our around-the-world journey took us through the ruins of Angkor near Siem Reap to the Royal Palace of Phnom Penh and eventually the coastal town of Kep. As we traveled across Cambodia, the photographic opportunities were everywhere. There was hardly a moment where the land didn’t enchant us.
